Cumberland Properties was established in 2003 by Eric Kaya, he had a vision, to build investment and holiday homes combining 5 star holiday resort comfort, quality and entertainment in and around the Bodrum peninsula. Over the years Cumberland Properties have made hundreds of happy new home owners; with 2 Turkish property developments completed we are currently constructing 2 more in Bodrum and a historic yalı in Istanbul.
Cumberland Properties is proud to have a partnership in our projects with the Unicredit Group, one of the largest banking organisations in Europe. Our finances are through Yapı Kredi Bank, a member of Unicredit Group, ensuring that we will always be a safe and secure developer to buy from.
