The accommodation comprises; an impressive entrance door with a floating modern portico above. From the front door there is a fitted closet to the left & a WC to the right. Half a flight of stairs up leads to a balcony & an airy hallway leading to two bedrooms & a family bathroom. The master bedroom is en-suite & has a private balcony with superb sea, garden & mountain views. All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes as standard. The ground floor boasts 5m2 storage, a twin bedroom, spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room opening into the living room with folding doors leading to a large private patio & garden.
